London Friend - Serving as a voluntary organisation for the LGBT community for over 30 years.

GenderCare - GenderCare is a partnership of qualified, Consultant-level healthcare professionals experienced in the gender field. We are committed to providing a friendly, accessible private service, tailored to individual needs and timescales, in a comfortable West London setting. We work flexibly within national and international guidelines of best practice.

At present, appointments are available on Saturdays.

Pink Therapy - Pink Therapy is the UK's largest independent therapy organisation to specialise in working with gender and sexual minority clients.  Our website hosts the Directory of Pink Therapists which is a national resource to help people find LGBT aware and friendly therapists.  We also run an extensive training programme for therapists wishing to improve their knowledge and skills at working with gender variance and sexual minority therapy issues.

The Antedote Project - ANTIDOTE is London's only targeted LGBT drug and alcohol service.

Gays The Word Bookshop - the oldest and only surviving independent gay and lesbian bookstore in the whole country

Housmans - radical booksellers since 1945, Housmans Bookshop is the main broad-based radical bookshop in London, and is one of the most significant radical bookshops in the country. Although currently they have a limited stock they are happy to order any book thats in print. A very worthwhile enterprise to support.
