Outside the trans community we work closely with other LGBT groups and organisations to ensure that our issues and needs remain both visible, and high on the agenda, both in the London area and UK wide.
We work with lots of professional bodies and organizations including the Greater London Authority, the Metropolitan Police, Gender Trust, Press for Change, GIRES, Galop, Broken Rainbow, Pride London and various Trade Unions, as well as public health bodies such as the Dept of Health and the Royal College of Nursing.
We are also involved in Outreach and advocacy for Trans people that need help in the capital, working with organisations such as Stonewall Housing.
So why not come along for a cuppa and a chat, to meet others for support and friendship and to get involved.

Spectrum London's aims are:
Spectrum London is a peer support forum for all Trans people and those questioning their gender...
...along with partners, family, friends and allies in a Safe and Comfortable Space...
Although based in Camden, London we have members that travel from outside the capital and beyond... so come and have a chat and a cup of tea with us...
